The Carmel Unified School District is located 120 miles south of San Francisco and adjacent to the historic and picturesque community of the Monterey Bay. Its 595 square miles encompass four distinctive population centers: Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Big Sur.
